When lawyer Toadie Rebecchi went on a business trip to Chile, he took his assistant Talia for the first couple of days. Upon her return, she realised that she'd left her keys to the office with Toadie, and had to go to his house to get the spare set. Toadie's wife Sonya was surprised when Talia mentioned that she'd heard about some recent problems in the Rebecchi marriage. She also left some documents, and Sonya was shocked when she found a sexy photo of Talia amongst them, with a note of the back saying that it was a memento of their recent trip. Sonya immediately jumped to the conclusion that Talia and Toadie had been having an affair, and went down to the law office to confront her. Furious that Sonya would think something like that without checking her facts, Talia resigned and walked out, and Sonya was left with an office in complete chaos, just hours before Toadie was due to arrive home. Sonya tried to convince Talia to return, and felt foolish when she found out from her son Callum - who was friends with Talia on Facebook - that Talia had a boyfriend and the photo was probably from the holiday that they just took together. Talia, meanwhile, was already looking for work elsewhere, and Sonya was forced to explain everything to Toadie when he came back. She did, however, manage to find him a replacement in the form of Naomi Canning, who, unlike Talia, did seem to have more than just a professional interest in Toadie.
