Trevor McCann 2015
Occupation: Erinsborough Councillor
After putting in a bid to work on Erinsborough's Beautification Project, local handyman Kyle Canning was struck down with gastro on
the day of his important meeting with councillor Trevor McCann. As McCann was notoriously difficult to deal with, Kyle had to send Georgia along in his place, and she realised that she was going to have to be convincing to win him over. After
attempting to bluff her way through the meeting using cue cards - not to mention some none-too-subtle encouragement from Kyle's gran Sheila as she served their table in the bar - Georgia started to come unstuck,
but McCann had already seen through her plan. But, following a passionate speech from Georgia, and after reading the ideas and the figures on the cue cards, McCann agreed to give the job to Kyle.
Several weeks later, Trevor visited Kyle's builder's yard to check on progress, and he met Kyle's new assistant, Amy Williams. Kyle and Amy had already clashed over the fact that he was using pine instead of
Australian hardwood to build the new benches for the community, and when Trevor arrived and saw Amy with the Aussie hardwood, he was impressed and said that he wanted it used for the benches. Kyle quickly pointed out that the budget wouldn't
allow for the more expensive wood, so Trevor told him that he'd just have to make cuts elsewhere, leaving Kyle annoyed at Amy's interference.
