As lawyer Toadie Rebecchi became more and more frustrated with his boss Tim Collins and his interest in making money over what was best for their clients, he was horrified when Tim told Ian Morecombe, who had tripped outside a local deli, that they were going to sue the business for $50,000, effectively bankrupting the owners. Though Ian had only sprained his ankle and could still walk unaided, Tim encouraged him to use crutches, and the incident was just one of many which led Toadie, and fellow lawyer Rosie Cammeniti, to quit Tim Collins & Associates and start up their own firm.
