After realising that spiritualist Terrence Chesterton was a con artist, and had been pretending to channel the spirit of her dead boyfriend Stingray Timmins, Sky Mangel was overcome with rage and, as he tried to talk her round, she lashed out and knocked him out with a sugar dispenser. Sky then fled, but Terrence was found by his accomplice, Charlotte Stone, who discovered him as he was waking up. When Terrence then started to threaten Charlotte, telling her that he wanted an equal partnership from her or he would tell the police everything, Charlotte hit him again with the sugar dispenser, this time killing him. Later, Sky found Terrence’s body, and believed that she had killed him. She was taken to the police station and questioned by Senior Sergeant Julie Morris then released. But after then trying to flee town, she was arrested for the murder and denied bail.
