After getting through several plumbing assistants in the space of a month, Max Ramsay went for a meeting at the CES, to discuss hiring someone new, but was interviewed by Mr Jones, who was concerned about the number of employees that quit, or were sacked by Max. When Max suggested that they were all useless and not up to the job, Mr Jones suggested that maybe Max hadn't given any of them long enough to settle into the job, and should try being more tolerant with his next employee. Unfortunately, stubborn Max took that as an insult and walked out of the CES, declaring that the interview was over.
