Whilst Boyd Hoyland was washing cars at Carpenter’s Mechanics, a lady named Mrs Russell came to collect her car. As he found the keys for her, he spotted a red Mustang that was being worked on and later, he grabbed the keys and pretended to drive it. The next time, he became more bold, and stole Toadie Rebecchi’s car, crashing it into a tree.
