Phoebe Myers was a patient of Karl Kennedy’s at Erinsborough Hospital. Her treatment had left her feeling rather the worse for wear as her 12th birthday party approached, so Karl spoke to his neighbour, hairdresser Lyn Scully, about a makeover for the little girl. Phoebe was thrilled with the results and Lyn was pleased to have touched her life.
