When Japanese couple Goro and Yumi Nakano held their wedding at Lassiter's hotel, a last-minute problem involving an unwell photographer meant that they almost had nobody to record their big day. With few options, hotel manager Terese Willis asked Amber, the girlfriend of her son, Josh, to fill in. Terese had been impressed with the amateur photography Amber had done on her phone and felt that she had a good eye for it. Amber was happy to help out, but when hotel owner Paul Robinson suddenly appeared in the middle of the photo session, furious with Terese for using an unexperienced teenager for the job, the Nakanos weren't impressed and Terese had to give them their money back. However, when they saw the excellent job Amber had done with the photos, they decided to take them anyway.
