Denying that he had an alcohol problem, Karl Kennedy made a bet with his wife Susan that he would be able to go without a drink for two weeks. But after secretly having some wine with lunch, Karl was shocked to be stopped by Officer Torpey for a random breath test on his way home, with Susan and daughter Libby in the car. After the test showed that there was a positive reading of alcohol in Karl’s blood, he was sent off for a second test with Sergeant Phil Seals.
