An associate to Kev Kelly and Barry Burke, Johnny Otten was the hired muscle used to convince Larry ‘Woody’ Woodhouse not to testify in a trial against Kev. Johnny and Barry tracked Woody down to Carpenters Mechanics, where he’d been working as a motorcycle mechanic, and waited until he was alone, before shutting themselves in the garage and threatening Woody by dunking his head in a tank of water. Their intimidation failed, however, and Woody testified the following week before going into witness protection.
