When Dr Karl Kennedy and his partner, Darcy Tyler, were struggling to work together, Darcy was furious when Karl took a patient, Daryl Overton, who Darcy had seen earlier that day, into his office. Daryl explained that he had struggled to understand the diagnosis or prescription given to him by Dr Tyler, so Karl explained things again and advised Daryl to take a different course of treatment, leaving Darcy fuming.
