Regular A Good Hair Day salon client Lucy Palmer came in for an appointment one day with salon manager Lyn Scully. Lucy was looking for a new style but, as Lyn was advising her, new salon owner Gino Esposito burst in on the consultation and started taking over. Although Lyn bit her tongue at first, once Lucy had gone, she furiously confronted him over his interference, the first of many arguments which led to Gino sacking Lyn a few weeks later.
