As journalist Heather Pryor arrived in Erinsborough to start her job with the Erinsborough News, she was about to pay cab driver Frazer Yeats when a man ran by and snatched her bags. Heather and Frazer chased the man, Brett Phillips, and confronted him as he hit a dead end. He threatened Frazer with a metal pole, telling him not to come any closer, before throwing the bag containing Heather’s laptop back at her, and jumping over the wall, taking her handbag.
