Whilst trying to sell his house, 26 Ramsay Street, Jim Robinson was subjected to a string of rude potential buyers, amongst them Les Priest. Les, a builder, burst into the house and immediately started asking questions about its age and structure, before bringing up the price. Jim assured him that it was an excellent house, in great condition, before Les mentioned that he wasn’t actually in the market to buy, but was selling his own home and checking out the competition. Jim promptly threw him out.
