Arthur Richardson 1993

After receiving a perfect score on the written part of his driving test, Rick Alessi then had to undergo a sight test. Arthur Richardson asked him to cover one eye and read the letters on a chart, and Rick was alarmed when he failed the test and was told he would have to undergo a visit to the optician and possibly get glasses. However, when he went to have them fitted, he decided to have contact lenses fitted and was also relieved when a recent speight of headaches was explained to be nothing more than eye strain.

Notes: Shane Luther returned in 1994 as the unnamed registrar when Lou and Doug registered Louise and Zac.
