When Janae Timmins ran away from home, in search of her father, Kim, her first port of call was their old home town of Colac and specifically, Tracey Richardson. Tracey was once the best friend of Janae’s mother, Janelle, but their friendship had apparently ended when Kim and Tracey had an affair. When Janae arrived looking for her dad, Tracey was quick to explain that although she’d fancied Kim, there had been no affair as Kim was far too loyal to Janelle to ever do something like that. These revelations left Janae wondering why her mother would be forced to lie.
