Marty Rolfe Andy McPhee
Marty Rolfe 2007
Children: Matcham
When bullying Marty Rolfe arrived to collect his son Matcham from the holiday programme, he barely cared that his boy had been bullying another young lad, Mickey Gannon, and the pair laughed about Mickey wetting himself over it. When Mickey’s dad, Ned, overheard them, he lunged at Marty, but was held back by Janae Timmins before a fight could break out. A few weeks later, Ned was annoyed to realise that Marty was responsible for the coaching of the Erinsborough Pups, the under-nines version of the local team. As he watched Marty bully and belittle Matcham, Mickey and the other kids, Ned publically confronted Marty about his coaching methods, and Janae then asked the other parents to take a vote on who they’d prefer to be training their kids – Marty or Ned, with Ned winning by a landslide.
