When Amy Greenwood decided to start doing things to help other people, she found herself some voluntary work, selling Amnesty International badges to the public. One of her first customers was Jeff Rowlings, who was quietly enjoying a coffee when she suddenly sprung her sales technique on him. He quickly realised that she had no idea what she was talking about, not even knowing what kind of charity work Amnesty did, but he agreed to buy a $2 pin badge from Amy, just to get rid of her.
