As his mother, Angela, viewed 26 Ramsay Street with the intention of buying it, Nathan Starkey quickly made himself at home, climbing over the furniture and picking up anything that wasn’t nailed down. Although house owner, Jim Robinson, and his mother-in-law, Helen Daniels, tried to calm Nathan down and take away his ice cream, before wiping his fingers, Angela said that she tried not to stop Nathan from enjoying himself. She went on to explain that she had come to the viewing early since Nathan had kept her awake all night, vomiting, before Nathan suddenly stopped bouncing around and complained that he felt sick again.
