When Betty Warren took her young son, Cooper, to the hospital, nurse Georgia Brooks spotted a worrying rash as she was checking him. She spoke to Dr Karl Kennedy, who confirmed that it looked like menigitis, but told a concerned Betty that Cooper would be fine, as they'd caught it early. Later that day, Betty returned to the ward to find Georgia, and gave her a box of chocolates to thank her for saving her son's life.
