When Betty Warren took her young son, Cooper, to the hospital, nurse Georgia Brooks spotted a worrying rash as she was checking him. She spoke to Dr Karl Kennedy, who confirmed that it looked like menigitis, but told a concerned Betty that Cooper would be fine, as they'd caught it early. Later that day, Betty returned to the ward to find Georgia, and gave her a box of chocolates to thank her for saving her son's life.

Several weeks later, Betty was one of the bidders when 32 Ramsay Street went up for auction. Sadly, she did not end up becoming the latest resident of 'Erinsborough's friendliest street' due to the more aggressive bidding of Paul Robinson and then the auction being called off at the very last second.
