In 2012, Priya Kapoor rented this house for her family having recently taken a job as Principal at Erinsborough High. Soon afterwards, having run away from home pending a meeting with the Department of Human Services regarding her guardianship, Sophie Ramsay, sought refuge with Priya's daughter, Rani, who agreed to let her hide out in her bedroom. Discovering Rani's secret and realising the trouble that Sophie could be in if she did not attend the DHS meeting, Sophie's best friend, Callum Jones decided to tell Sophie's Uncle, Paul Robinson, who soon arrived to take her home.

Only the interior of the house has been shown on screen.

• The set used for Rani's bedroom and the corridor outside was previously used in scenes showing the bedroom of Bridget Parker and later Summer Hoyland at 26 Ramsay Street
