Jane Hall was born in Melbourne on the 20th January, 1971.

She had been a familiar face on Australian television for a number of years when she joined the Neighbours cast as Rebecca Napier in 2007. A self-proclaimed ‘show off’ as a child, she started acting at a young age, beginning her career in TV drama The Henderson Kids in 1985, and was also the original actress to play Rebecca Fisher in Home and Away in 1989, but she is perhaps better known for a role she took on five years later as Anna Sumner, a twin who discovers that her father is a 1970s rock star, in All Together Now.

Following this, she has been a part of a range of television programmes including Crash Zone, Blue Heelers, The Secret Life Of Us, and Marshall Law, amongst others. She has also starred in films such as The Nugget, and Razzle Dazzle: A Journey Into Dance.

Jane lists her interests as food and drink, going to the movies and gardening.

She has one daughter, Lucia, born 22nd December, 2002, with ex-partner, and fellow actor, Vince Colosimo.
