Sianoa was born in February 1992 in Adelaide, Australia. Both she and younger brother Kodi were interested in acting from a young age, following in the footsteps of their father, Andy McPhee (who himself as had guest roles in Neighbours as Dylan Curtin, Steven Lee and Marty Rolfe)
Sianoa's breakthrough role came in 2005 when she was cast as Bree Timmins in Neighbours. She had been playing the role for two years, when in late 2006, it was announced that she and onscreen mother, Janelle played by Nell Feeney would be leaving the show.
After Neighbours, Sianoa was cast in As the Bell Rings, a new series for The Disney Channel alongside former Neighbours guest star, Rhiannon Fish.
