Lassiter's Complex: Paul is surprised to spot Rhiannon, sitting outside the hotel, drinking a cocktail. She tells him that she's back to talk to the police about Paul's attempts to bribe Allan Hewitt - Paul says that the Queensland sun has clearly addled her brain, and that it was Hewitt who attempted to extort money from him, and his former hotel manager backed up that story. Rhiannon says that they lied, and that she knows what really happened, reminding him that she was set up like a cheap escort and promised a sales job. Paul suggests that she's remembering it all wrong, but Rhiannon isn't intimidated, and says that she plans to ruin Paul's life and be back on a plane home later that day.

Charlie's: Paul is on the phone, trying to speak to Tim Collins, and then snaps at Sheila about his coffee taking so long. He then apologises, and says that he's having a bad morning - Rhiannon's back. Sheila's delighted to hear it, and calls over to Chris with the news. She asks Paul if Jackson is with her, but Paul says that he might have been inside ordering more cocktails. Sheila's disappointed that Rhiannon's still drinking, as she'd promised to be a better role model for Jackson, which gives Paul an idea and he quickly leaves. Sheila then goes over to Chris, who's doing a spot of online dating with a guy called Miguel - Sheila notices a trend, reminding Chris that he was with a guy called Manuel the other day. Josh then comes in and asks Chris if he needs a lift to the sentencing later, but Chris says that he's not going - he was the only one who Hudson didn't ask for a character reference, which he's taking as a clear sign that Hudson wants nothing to do with him. Sheila suggests that Chris really has no idea what Hudson wants without seeing him and asking him, and tells him not to make a rash decision that he'll live to regret.

Erinsborough Police Station: Rhiannon is telling Matt what she knows of Paul's dealings with Allan Hewitt - she says that it was obvious that there was blackmail and bribery going on, but she has no way of proving it, and admits that it's been a while since she thought about any of this. She tells Matt that she probably shouldn't have started the day with a cocktail, and he suggests that she come back later and he'll take her statement once she's thought about things. As she leaves, she says that she might call by the Turner house, but wonders if Mason will even be there, or with Kate. Rhiannon is then very pleased to hear that Mason and Kate have split up.

No 22: As Brad prepares to leave for Hudson's sentencing, Imogen finishes up a phone call and tells her dad that she's just had confirmation that Eric Edwards got the back injury in a skiing accident. Brad reminds her that she was meant to stop investigating this whole matter - she tells him that it's lucky she didn't, as she's found out that Eric threatened to sue the ski company, but had signed a disclaimer already, and he went nuts when he found out. Josh then sounds the car horn outside, and Brad says that he has to go, but he'll discuss all of this with his lawyer when he gets back.

No 26 - Lounge: Chris is putting on a tie, when he gets a text for Miguel asking to hook up. Brad then turns up and tells Chris that they need to leave now, as they're already running late. Chris tells Brad that he's decided not to go, so Brad leaves again and Chris picks up his phone to reply to Miguel.

Rebecchi Legal - Office: Imogen is trying to defend herself, but Toadie is furious with her amateur detective work - he says that she had no right to go through a client's file and she's put him in an impossible position. Imogen doesn't understand, so Toadie tells her that he is now obligated to reveal this information to the court, and he's going to have to reveal how he got it - through her unethical behaviour. Imogen doesn't think it matters, as Eric was trying to defraud the gym, but Toadie says that they have no proof of that, and their only evidence is based on her photocopying his files. He angrily tells her that perhaps she should reconsider her career plans if she can't take simple instructions, and then cancels her work experience and sends her home.

No 32 - Kitchen: Rhiannon is catching up with Mason for a gossip, and he asks her how Jackson is getting on. She says that he made the school footy team, thanks to Mason's coaching - she tells him what a great mentor he was, and says that he's been through a lot - more than most adults. Mason wishes other people would see him more like that, referring to Kate. He explains that they broke up recently, and Rhiannon tells him that he can always cry on her shoulder. She puts her hands on his waist, but he quickly backs off, saying that he has to finish fixing a cupboard before his mum gets home. Rhiannon then leaves, telling Mason that she has some other people she wants to catch up with.

Lassiter's Complex: Rhiannon is on her way to the police station, to finish her statement, when she runs into Paul and asks him if there's anything he wants her to add to her story. Paul says that, when this becomes official, he'll need to be interviewed too, and he'll tell the police how Rhiannon offered her services to escort Hewitt and then sought revenge when Paul wouldn't give her more money. He then says that nobody would believe that he'd hire someone like Rhiannon, and that the gossip might end up reaching Mount Isa - and that would reflect badly on Jackson too. Rhiannon calls him scum, but Paul says that all she has to do is change her mind about the police statement. He walks away, and she looks up at the police sign, then walks in the opposite direction.

Rebecchi Legal - Office: Toadie tells Brad that Eric has dropped his case, and he no longer represents him. Brad is very relieved, and says that Eric must have been guilty as he backed down really quickly once the truth came out. Toadie points out that they don't know anything for certain, and Brad shouldn't even have had the information about the skiing accident - they shouldn't even really be discussing it. Brad apologises for what Imogen did, and understands why the work experience had to be cancelled. Toadie then sees Brad out to reception, where Sonya is waiting with Nell, and she asks Toadie if he's ready for his break. He explains that he lost Eric as a client, but Brad is happy with the outcome - though he then starts to talk about how much worse things could have been. Sonya makes him see that he got off lightly.

Charlie's: Rhiannon gets a text from Matt, asking if she's ready to complete her statement. Sheila then goes over and tells Rhiannon that she's doing the right thing, and Paul can't stop her from telling the truth. Rhiannon isn't so sure, and Sheila wonders if Paul's been trying to intimidate her, asking what happened to the empowered Rhiannon who left town a few months ago. Rhiannon explains that she tried to change her life, but Mount Isa is a small place and everyone already thinks that they know her, and won't give her an opportunity. Sheila says that Rhiannon needs to take a page out of Paul's book, and find a way to turn every situation to her advantage.

No 22: Imogen is relieved to hear that the case has been dropped and says that, as she's saved Brad's career, she was wondering if he could return the favour and ask Toadie to take her back on. Brad says there's no way that'll happen, but tells his daughter that she's learnt a very important lesson about client confidentiality. Imogen thinks it's unfair that Eric got away with all this, and she's the one being punished - Brad still refuses to back down.

No 26 - Lounge: Chris walks into the lounge and notices Miguel's jacket is still there. There's a knock at the door and he assumes it's Miguel, but it's actually Josh, who passes on the news that Hudson got a sentence of four years. He also passes on a letter that Hudson wanted Chris to have. Chris thanks Josh, and looks at the envelope but decides against opening it.

No 26 - Back Garden: Chris is sitting in the garden with the letter next to him, still unopened. Sheila says that she can't believe he didn't go to the sentencing, as it could have given him the closure he clearly needs. Chris says that Hudson cutting him off like that was the closure, and nothing will make up for that, but Sheila tells him to get over himself - she says that Hudson is reaching out to him now, and he owes it to himself to find out why. Chris tires of her nagging and says that he'll read it, but once Sheila has gone inside, he picks up the phone and calls Miguel, asking if he wants to come over and collect his jacket.

No 32 - Back Garden: Imogen has been sharing her troubles with Mason, who's sympathetic - he says that he can relate to helping a family member, and doing the wrong thing for the right reasons. Imogen wishes that everyone else would see it like that, and says that at least she and Mason have each other. He looks a bit awkward, and she jokes that she meant 'in a misunderstood sort of way'. She decides that she'll have to rethink her career, but Mason says that he'd have her as his lawyer - she jokes again that she could never agree to that, as she does like to have some spare time on her hands. He then suggests that they should go and see a trashy movie, and make fun of it, and Imogen could also use the chance to get some work experience on the cinema snack counter. She isn't amused, but is happy to go out with him, barely able to conceal her grin as she follows him into the house.

Lassiter's Complex: Paul approaches Rhiannon, and she's glad that he got her message. He offers her $10,000 to retract her statement, but she turns it down, so he increases it to $15,000. She turns him down again, and he asks her to stop playing games and name a figure. She explains that she contacted him so she can secure a future for her and Jackson, and then says that she does want something - but it's not money.

Erinsborough Police Station: Matt is stunned that Rhiannon is no longer giving a statement. She tries to claim that it was all so long ago, and she's forgotten things, but then Paul comes in and asks why this is taking so long. He tells Matt that Rhiannon is no longer helping with his enquiries, and says that they need to go and organise her flights. Matt is confused, as he already paid for a return flight for her, but she explains that she's coming back next week - Paul's offered her a job, so it's going to be a fresh start for her and Jackson. Paul can't help a bit of gloating, offering Matt good luck with making the case stick now, as he and Rhiannon leave the station.
