As an employee at the Scarlet Bird Retreat, Janet Bancraft was trained to put the privacy and wellbeing of her guests first. So, when Paul Robinson turned up looking for Izzy Hoyland, who had disappeared and who Paul was suspected of murdering, Janet refused to tell him if she was there. However, as Janet walked away, Paul heard some lousy singing coming from one of the rooms and knew that the voice could only belong to one person – Izzy.
