When Toadie Rebecchi found out that Sarah Beaumont, the owner of number 30’s beloved pet dog Bob, wanted him to be flown out to England now that she was settled in her new home, he couldn’t bear to part with the animal, so he came up with a plan. After purchasing a lookalike dog, they sent him out to London and for a couple of years believed that they’d got away with the switch until Sarah, during a video message for a Ramsay Street documentary made by Annalise Hartman, warned Toadie that she knew exactly what he’d done.
