A colleague of Carmella Cammeniti’s from All Her magazine, Teresa went out for a drink one night with her and her boyfriend, Connor O’Neill. They brought along Connor’s housemate Toadie Rebecchi, who’d been having a rough time with his love life, in the hope of setting them up together. The evening went badly, as Toadie failed to make a good impression, while Teresa was unimpressed with the venue – the community hall, which the locals were using as a makeshift hang-out since Lou’s pub had burnt down. In the end, Toadie walked out, realising that the whole thing had been a set-up and Teresa had very little interest in going out with him.
