Looking for a little more excitement in her life, troublemaking teenager Tash Williams ended up stealing the ID card of a girl she was chatting to at Charlie's bar, and went out for a wild night. She met Ivan DeMarco and, after claiming that she was 20 years old, Tash had a great time with him, and arranged to meet for a drink at the uni the next day. There, Ivan's friend Bethany was a little suspicious, and then spotted the name on Tash's ID card was Sarah Campbell, who happened to be a friend of Bethany's. With the truth revealed, Tash assumed that Ivan would want nothing more to do with her, but he said that he didn't care about her age, and was just looking for someone to have fun with.

Ivan managed to get a fake ID card for Tash, and they continued to sneak around behind her dad's back, worrying her friends Chris and Andrew in the process. When Summer then found out too, and saw Ivan's Facebook page, she decided that he was a sleazebag, and not to be trusted, and went to tell Tash's dad, high school principal Michael. Michael was then appalled to find Tash in a nightclub, kissing her 28-year-old boyfriend, and dragged her home, where he banned her from seeing Ivan again. Tash was sure that her father would approve of Ivan, if he just agreed to meet him, but Ivan refused, not wanting to get involved in the family dramas. Michael was equally unwilling to have anything to do with Ivan, so Tash conned them both, arranging to meet them separately for lunch, and hoping that, once together, they'd make the effort to talk. The plan ended badly, when Ivan mentioned that he dropped out of school, but all Michael wanted to know was why he was so interested in a 17-year-old. Ivan simply smirked and left, and Tash tried to forget about him and go back to her high school friends, however she couldn't stop thinking about Ivan. After agreeing to meet up, she admitted that her dad didn't know about it, and Ivan wasn't keen on all the drama, but she convinced him that it would be hot to sneak around together, and they kissed.

But after a few days of sneaking around, and Tash having to cut dates short because her dad thought she was somewhere else, Ivan said that he'd had enough, but Tash convinced him that she couldn't tell her father just yet. Later, at the uni with her friend Chris, Tash saw Ivan, who was doing some gardening work there, and was forced to pretend to Chris that they'd broken up, and Ivan was still hassling her. Later, she managed to get Ivan alone, but he wasn't very impressed with her childish behaviour, so when she was later having dinner with her dad at Charlie's, and Ivan sent her a text, asking for a hot picture, she decided to go along with it, running off to the toilets and taking a topless photo for him. Tash immediately regretted what she'd done, particularly when she bumped into Bethany at the uni, who told her that Ivan had been showing the photos around to his friends. Although Tash had managed to delete the pictures from Ivan's phone, she was worried about who else had them, and Ivan apologised to her, and managed to calm her down by taking her out to dinner, and suggesting they visit a few clubs at the weekend.

A few days later, Tash was horrified to realise that an email, featuring her topless shots, was doing the rounds of the high school. She angrily confronted Ivan, no longer believing a word he said to her, and destroying his phone. However, things were about to get a lot worse, when the email ended up in Michael's inbox - he confronted his daughter, and she lied that she didn't know who could have taken the photos, or how they could have ended up all over the internet. The next day, Michael was furious when he saw Ivan and his mates looking at the photos and laughing. He dumped Ivan's phone into a jug of beer, and realised that Tash had been lying when she said that she'd stopped seeing her older boyfriend. When he asked her, Tash admitted that she'd been sneaking around with Ivan, and claimed that he must have taken the photos without her knowledge. At that, Michael decided that he was calling the police, as Tash was still a minor, but then Ivan arrived at the house, wanting her to tell her dad the truth and get him off his case. When a furious Michael spotted Ivan, he lost his temper and punched him. The next day at the school, Ivan tracked down Tash, and realised that she'd told her father that he took the photos - Michael soon learned the truth, but was determined to get Ivan charged for distributing the photos, even if it meant that Ivan would then report him for assault. However, at the police station, Michael was shocked to realise that there was nothing they could charge Ivan with, as the laws in such matters were still being defined. Outside, Ivan watched Michael leave, and the two men had a final confrontation, where Michael told Ivan that he'd been very lucky to get away with this, and suggested that he stay away from Tash from now on.
