Realising that he’d lost his wife, Liljana, to Paul Robinson, David Bishop decided to get away for a few days and went to Geelong. Whilst there, he met Jackie Drummond and the pair got chatting and had dinner together, realising that they had a lot in common. Some weeks later, Jackie was in Erinsborough on business and ran into David outside Lassiter’s hotel. As she suggested to him that they have another date, Liljana approached them, having popped into the bar for some champagne, and Jackie realised that David had managed to patch his marriage up. Embarrassed, Jackie walked away, leaving David to explain the situation to his confused wife.
