When Izzy Hoyland was desperate to get Darcy Tyler out of her life, since he knew secrets about her past that could ruin her relationship with Karl Kennedy, she turned to Paul Robinson for help. She asked him to give her the contact details of someone who could get rid of Darcy for good, and Paul obliged, giving her the number of Clem Dyson. After one false start, Izzy phoned Clem and arranged a meeting at the Scarlet Bar. After a few minutes of talking at cross purposes, Izzy realised that Clem was actually a linen supplier and that Paul had given her the number to teach her a lesson.
