When Paul Robinson became suspicious of his new friend and colleague Debra Fleming, having recently lost out on several major business deals, he decided to hire private detective Brian King. He explained to Brian that the only three people who could be responsible were secretary Zoe Davis, who was on sick leave, her replacement Margaret Owens, or Debra. Paul was most suspicious of Debra, so Brian attempted to set her up with a fake business deal that Paul was supposedly involved in, to see if she would take the bait. The plan worked and Brian quickly contacted Paul, who exposed Debra and threw her out of his office.
