With Erinsborough in shock after Chris Pappas was left in hospital after a 'coward punch', mayor Paul Robinson announced that he'd be increasing security at Lassiter's, with new CCTV cameras and security guards. Fearing that it was an overreaction, Daniel Robinson and Imogen Willis attempted to show people that there was still some good in the world, and that tighter security measures weren't the solution. Daniel and Imogen started giving out free hugs at Harold's Store, giving people leaflets and asking them to tell Paul that they didn't agree with his new policy. After Imogen hugged local nurse Sandra Kriptic as she walked into the store, her young daughter Lorna also asked Daniel for a hug, and seeing Daniel being so nice to the little girl only worsened Imogen's crush on him.
