Aggie Lyons 2000

When Bill Kennedy moved north to Queensland, to work for carpenter Greg Mast, he befriended many of the locals, including Aggie Lyons. When Bill’s girlfriend Anne Wilkinson decided to surprise him by moving up there to join him, Aggie almost ruined the surprise by making him late to meet the train, which Greg had claimed was carrying some timber. Aggie had broken down and Bill stopped to help her change a tyre, meaning that he missed Anne’s train. However, he was still delighted to find her, rather than a pile of timber, waiting for him at the station.

Notes: Maureen Andrew previously appeared in 1997 as teacher Ms Killalee, in 1998 as Genie Florence and returned in 2002 as Dr Danielle Marks.
