Occupation: Pilot
During a joy flight to Tasmania, organised by Paul Robinson to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Lassiter’s hotel in Erinsborough, and containing several Ramsay Street residents, the plane suddenly faced trouble when a bomb – planted in one of the engines by Paul’s psychotic son, Robert – exploded. Despite the best efforts of senior pilot Alan Shepherd, and his co-pilot Rex Manning, the plane crashed into Bass Strait, leaving three members of the Bishop family dead and several others missing.
