When Toadie Rebecchi was roping in local youngsters to deliver leaflets for him, paperboy Harry Simons was unlucky enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, as all of Toadie’s other staff had walked out on him, due to the poor pay and conditions. However, despite Toadie’s pestering, Harry refused to give in and work for Mr Rebecchi.

Notes: Steven Bahnsen returned in 2001 to play Drew's younger brother, Dougal Kirk.
