Whilst at war with Harold Bishop and Lou Carpenter’s General Store, Paul Robinson thought he had gotten one up on them when he found out that Lou was trading alcohol on the premises. Knowing that they didn’t have a licence, Paul called in his old friend Julia Swan from the council to pull a surprise inspection, but was crestfallen to realise that Lou had obtained a special licence for the local university’s orientation week and wasn’t breaking the law at all.
