When Kyle Canning asked Hendrix Greyson and Mackenzie Hargreaves to help him out by finding a dress for Roxy Willis to wear to the Police Ball, the pair went to a boutique called Estella’s. Having found the perfect dress as a surprise for Roxy, they arranged delivery, accidentally having it couriered to 28 Ramsay Street where they lived, instead of Kyle’s place next-door. After the dress was delivered by Scott Triffett, Mackenzie unzipped it for a look, but when Hendrix came over to give her some pasta, he slipped and ended up dropping it all over the dress.

Soon after, Scott was back on Ramsay Street with another delivery - this time some wine for recovering alcoholic Terese Willis. Fortunately, her friend Glen Donnelly happened to be leaving the house as the delivery turned up, and he helped her see that she needed to find other ways to cope with her cravings.

The following month, Scott delivered a pendant to Harold’s Store, a gift from Hendrix to Mackenzie that he’d had engraved with an ‘M’ on one side and ‘Love You H’ on the other. With Hendrix busy, Zara Selwyn took the delivery and, desperate to impress her friends after claiming that she was romantically involved with the older Hendrix, she kept the pendant, having the ‘M’ changed to a ‘Z’ to try and prove how much her ‘boyfriend’ loved her.
