When one of Toadfish Rebecchi’s clients claimed that his wife had broken the terms of their pre-nuptial agreement, he and his friend Ned Parker tried to get evidence of this. Toadie arranged for Ned to meet the wife, Carrie Wilkes, unaware that it was actually Carrie’s lawyer, Louise Green. As Toadie took photos of Ned and “Carrie” from across the bar, Louise revealed her true identity, and the real Carrie stepped forward, and took a photo of Ned, Toadie and Louise as evidence that her husband is jealous and spiteful, allowing her to get a bigger share of the divorce settlement.
