One Year Ago - June 2005

As one character gave birth, another awoke from a 12 month coma, intent on revenge…

 

• Steph and Max meet Kayla Thomas through the Adoption Agency. She is willing to give them her unborn child and they are happy to accept but struggle to keep within the agency guidelines when they find out that Kayla is staying in a hostel and begging for food at Lassiter’s. Boyd finds out that Kayla doesn’t really want to give up her child but has no option as she’s homeless and on her own, and the two grow closer as he stands by her during the birth of baby Ashley

Having double-crossed Affirmacon, Paul’s life is in grave danger when Tony Corbett and his henchmen kidnap him. Paul escapes in dense bushland but as he’s running to escape, he falls off a cliff and is badly injured. Sky and Dylan eventually find him and, in hospital, he’s told that he needs to have his leg amputated to save his life

Izzy finally realises that her father has been lying to her and three-timing Janelle, Susan and Lyn, when she spots the three women getting their revenge, tying Bobby to a chair in his underwear and taunting him. Izzy then lends Bobby some money for the business, fully aware that he’s about to disappear from her life once again

Lou convinces Janelle to get a credit card, misleading her about the amount of debt she’s set to get herself into. The Timmins family, meanwhile, are thrilled when Janelle uses the card to get a new car. When the debt collector comes calling, Janelle, Janae and Bree do a runner to Canberra, where Bree is taking part in the national spelling bee


Stuart’s suspicions about Sindi are aroused once again when he’s up for a promotion and his only rival is run off the road whilst cycling, by a mysterious hit and run driver. Sindi is forced to explain herself again when Stu visits her old friend Kelly Weaver and finds out that Sindi has been lying about Stu’s job and their lifestyle

Izzy’s lies begin to unravel when Darcy suddenly wakes from his coma. However, she is lulled into a false sense of security when he claims not to remember anything about the events which saw him end up in hospital and he passes a lie detector test to prove it. However, once alone with Izzy, he begins blackmailing her with all of the information he has

 

Five Years Ago - June 2001

A miracle pregnancy, a stripper and a missing doll…

• Tad reveals that he’s been emailing Larissa, an Australian girl Paul met in Paris, pretending to be Paul and making him sound more interesting than he is. When Larissa turns up in Erinsborough, Tad has to coach Paul on DJing and his other interests in order to keep up the pretence

Matt’s new girlfriend Laura tells him that she’s a stripper and he pretends to be fine with it. He’s surprised when Maggie and Evan don’t seem to mind and he begins to wonder if he’s the only one with a problem

Leo finds himself being bullied by supply PE teacher Dean Hearn but Evan is accused of favouritism when he spots the bullying and tries to do something about it

Libby finds out that she’s pregnant and begs Drew to keep it a secret, worried that her dad will make her have an abortion if he finds out, as carrying the baby to full term would seriously place Libby’s life in danger

Flick’s relationship with her parents starts to suffer as she continues to see Joel, and she decides to move out permanently and go to stay with him at number 30

Steph maintains secret correspondence with Woody and then starts visiting him, claiming that she’s going to see Stanno. It quickly becomes clear that somebody knows where she’s going and is following her

Emily’s doll Lizzie is stolen and Leo and Emily spot it in Collector Bob’s shop in the shopping centre. They try and fail to get it back, until Maggie gets involved and proves that the doll is Lizzie by pointing out a bite mark on the doll’s leg

 


Ten Years Ago - June 1996

As one Ramsay Street resident got her dream wedding, another left town for good to find his true love…

 

• Tarquin returns to Erinsborough in preparation for Jo’s wedding to Rob. Although Tarquin has his concerns about the wedding and Jo simply wanting someone to look after her, the wedding goes ahead as planned

Sam receives a call from Annalise in London, asking him to join her and give their relationship another shot. After thinking it over, Sam decides that it’s worth a try and, following Jo’s wedding, he flies out of Erinsborough for good

Luke struggles to cope with the chemotherapy and decides to give up on it and look into alternative treatments. However, another meeting with young Charlie Moyes makes him realise that it’s not worth giving up

Debbie serves a man, Dillon Renshaw, in the pub without asking for I.D and is shocked when a random police check reveals that he’s underage

Lou heads out to Ecuador to help with the negotiations over Cheryl and, after a few weeks, the pair return to Erinsborough, but it’s clear that the experience has changed her, as she becomes increasingly withdrawn

Hannah is smitten when the Martin family receive a new emergency care child, skateboarder Casper Mack

After being forced to wear Jo’s wedding dress, which she designed and Jo hated, as a bridesmaid’s dress, Danni is thrilled to get some publicity when the dress appears in the local paper and rock star Katie Kate asks her to design some outfits
