Episode Title: Free As A Boyd

Recap
• Karl introduces Susan to his boss Davo as his sister
• Charlotte tells the police she was trying to get away from Boyd in the car as he had revealed he’d murdered someone and she feared for her life
• Toadie tells Sky all the evidence points to her as the murderer
• The police chase Charlotte and Boyd in her car. Boyd grabs the wheel and the car swerves off the road, hitting a tree. Boyd is knocked unconscious

Erinsborough Hospital - Boyd's room: Boyd is still dazed from the accident but faces questions from Detective Skinner who tells him that Charlotte has told them things that indicates him in serious crimes.

Goodwood Women's Prison - Sky's cell: Sky returns to her cell to find it has been ransacked and that someone has written ‘this little piglet ain’t going home’ on the wall. The prison guard offers no help and Sky learns Mary has been transferred to another prison.

Erinsborough Hospital - Charlotte's room: Charlotte tells Detective Skinner Boyd forced her to work alongside her and Terence as she was threatened to be killed by Boyd if she didn’t. Skinner asks if she thinks Boyd could have killed Terence and acting surprised Charlotte declares she thinks Boyd could have.

Erinsborough Hospital - Boyd's room: Boyd denies he forced Charlotte to go and that she was the one looking to escape. Originally he did want to be with her but after learning the truth about her murdering Terence he only stuck with her so he could get evidence to free Sky. Boyd tells Skinner he has proof on his MP3 player that was in the car at the time of the accident. Boyd begs Skinner to search the car.

No 28 - Lounge: Davo seems confused when Susan mentions the visit to England as romantic and Susan explains it away as a holiday romance she had there. Pepper arrives and Davo seems taken with her. Karl arrives from his run and is shocked to see Davo. Susan and Pepper excuse themselves so Karl and Davo can talk business but Davo wants to talk about asking Karl if he can ask ‘her’ out. Karl assumes he means Pepper and offers to make up a foursome with him and Susan for a drink later.

Erinsborough Hospital - Boyd's room: Skinner returns with Boyd’s jacket but no MP3 player – Boyd again pleads he did record the confession and that the murder weapon is at the caravan site. Boyd begs Skinner to go there and get it.

Erinsborough Hospital - Boyd's room: Skinner is still disbelieving what Boyd is saying when Steph and Toadie arrive. Toadie takes a stance as Boyd’s lawyer and Skinner reacts accordingly by charging Boyd with kidnapping and fraud plus murder if it is proved he killed Terence. Boyd begs Steph to search the crash site for his MP£ player claiming his innocence and Charlotte’s guilt.

Goodwood Women's Prison - Sky's cell: Harold tries to support Sky by speaking about Toadie’s past successes in court. Sky however has given up and tells Harold she needs money to keep Krystal off her back. Harold is scared for his granddaughter.

Roadside: Toadie and Steph arrive at the crash site and disagree about Boyd’s potential innocence to fraud but both agree he nor Sky could murder. They begin their search for the MP3 player until Toadie steps on it. There joy at finding it turns to concerns when they see it is damaged – Will it still work?

No 28 - Lounge: Susan is preparing food in the kitchen while Karl tells an excited Pepper that Davo is interested in her. Susan defends Davo as a good bloke and they all agree to meet at 7pm. Pepper leaves to sort out what to wear and Karl teases over he and Susan playing long on the brother/sister tonight.

The General Store: Lou and Janelle try to convince Harold that getting money through to Sky is okay but Harold would rather go to the authorities to stamp out the blackmail.

Erinsborough Hospital - Charlotte's room: Charlotte is woken up by Skinner as he puts a speaker onto her food tray at the end of the bed. Skinner asks again about her confessing to Terence’s murder but she calls it a bluff. Skinner plays the MP3 player and Charlotte finally accepts as she’s charged that it’s all over.

Goodwood Women's Prison - Visiting area: Harold, Lou & Janelle arrive to see Kerry. Harold tells her he is not going to give her the money but Lou surprises them and goes to give her some cash. Janelle tries to distract the guards but the guard sees it and takes Sky away to be searched.

Goodwood Women's Prison - Visiting area: Harold is appalled but Janelle confesses she has the package still. Sky returns to room after her search.

Erinsborough Hospital - Boyd's room: Skinner arrives to tell Boyd, Steph and Toadie the news that all the charges have been dropped and Charlotte has confessed to murder. Toadie points out that Steph never stopped defending him and Steph mentions Janae never did also. Boyd is surprised and tells them he thought that everyone hated him. Steph is emphatic that this is not true and he has saved Sky by being so brave.

Scarlet Bar: Davo finishes telling a story to Karl, Susan & Pepper but Pepper seems to be over compensating to get Davo’s attention. Davo and Karl go to the bar for more drinks and Karl advises he focus on ‘her’ more and buy her a champagne cocktail. At the table Pepper can’t understand how to win over Davo more than she is trying to do – Susan tells her to relax. The guy’s return with drinks at it becomes apparent that Davo’s interest is in Susan when he gives her the cocktail.

Scarlet Bar: Karl takes Davo to one side to discuss his interest in Susan. Karl tries to suggest Pepper as a better match but Davo assumes Pepper is with Karl. Davo wants someone like Susan and nothing is going to deter Davo. Susan looks over to Karl for reassurance that he’s changed Davo’s mind. Karl lies giving her the thumbs up and a smile.

Goodwood Women's Prison - Visiting area: Harold is still appalled by Lou’s actions but Lou is enjoying the moment. Toadie arrives with news of Charlotte’s confession. Sky is overwhelmed by the news she is free.

Goodwood Women's Prison - Front gates: Sky races to get out of the front gates and is met by Harold, Janelle, Kerry, Toadie, Karl, Susan, Steph, Charlie and Boyd. As they greet her a police car arrives and pulls up at the gates. It is carrying Charlotte who looks over to Boyd with very little emotion, before driving on. Sky goes over to Boyd to thank him for what he has done and they hug each other. Sky returns to the rest of her welcome party and Boyd walks away.
