Erinsborough Hospital: Matt is asking Karl and Georgia for a cause of death. Without receiving a clear answer, Matt heads off to contact Robbo's family
and await an autopsy report. He adds they are looking at a manslaughter investigation and will want to know more about when Robbo woke up. Karl consoles Georgia when she gets upset. Georgia admits to Karl that Robbo tried
to tell her something before he died, and mentioned Mason's name.
No 30 - Lounge: Karl is with Toadie and Sonya, filling them in on the events at the hospital.
Karl becomes concerned when Toadie admits he was there before Robbo woke up, as Georgia did not mention this to Matt. Karl reveals that Robbo said "Mason did..." Before he woke up and Sonya says that has to mean something.
Erinsborough Police Station: Two detectives arrive to speak to Matt. The detectives tell Matt they know his family have a history with Robbo,
but Matt denies it will be a problem and they ask him to walk them through the case so far. Matt outlines the case, pointing out the only evidence they have so far is broken glass from an indicator light on a car.
Matt hands over a report on the case, and mentions that it contains a full disclosure of his family's link to the case. Just as the detectives ask about Toadie, Georgia arrives and reveals that Robbo mentioned Mason before he died.
Matt looks worried as one of the detectives asks him if Mason is Matt's son.
No 32 - Kitchen: Sonya is telling the Turners what Georgia is currently telling the police. Sonya asks Mason to
tell the police anything he might know about the night of the hit and run as Toadie could still be in a lot of trouble. Lauren tells Sonya that if Mason did know anything he would have come forward already. At that moment,
Amber arrives and asks what's going on. Sonya heads off and Lauren guides Amber over to the sofa and reveals that that Robbo is dead.
Lassiter's Hotel - Reception: Terese is negotiating a deal with a supplier on the phone. as she hangs up, Jack comes over telling her
she does have a home to go to. Terese tells him that some staff called in sick but that her family will understand. Terese admits getting a work-life balance right can be tough. Jack suggests putting family first every time.
Paul arrives and greets Jack. He asks why Jack is back, and Jack says he is getting sentimental in his old age! Jack tells him that Terese has looked after him well; Paul wonders why Terese didn't tell him Jack had returned,
but she explains she did leave a message with his assistant. Paul offers to show Jack around the following day.
No 32: Imogen and Mason are trying to comfort Amber; Amber says that she could sometimes see the real Robbo before he became messed up.
She goes on to ask Mason what he was doing the night of the accident. Mason says they made a pact not to talk about the night, but Amber says if the right questions are asked she won't lie to Matt.
No 26: Kyle brings Georgia a cup of tea and says what a weird day it has been. Georgia says she has never had a patient die in her direct
care before. Kate bursts in, and angrily confronts Georgia after hearing from Sonya that Georgia had visited the police station. Kate furiously tells Georgia that she has put mason in the frame for manslaughter and that she
made the wrong choice. As Kate storms off towards the bedrooms, Kyle asks Georgia if she regrets her choice, adding she could have let the investigation run its own course. Georgia retorts that she had to protect her own family
as Toadie has been in the frame for the crime and adds that someone has to know what really happened that night.
Lassiter's Eclipse Apartments - Paul's Penthouse: Jack tells Paul that the renovations have paid off and that they are a credit to Paul
as they arrive back from the tour of the complex. Jack admits that although he started it off, it takes vision to achieve such a good end product. He asks what Paul's wife thinks about it all, Paul replies that he and Gail
split up a long time ago. Paul reveals that commitment isn't his strong point as he has had other marriages since. Jack emphasises how important family is, as he himself has put ambition first too much: he explains over
time that this begins to fade.
No 26 - Kitchen: Kate is making a cup of tea as Georgia comes out of the bedroom. Kate apologises to Georgia for what she said and Georgia
asks if she has talked to Mason since the accident. Kate admits she hasn't and adds that she believes Mason is avoiding her. Kate confesses she is beginning to have doubts about Mason as anyone is capable of snapping if put
under enough pressure. Georgia replies that leaving someone for dead after a hit and run is not who Mason is.
Erinsborough Hospital - Car Park: Matt phones Lauren to tell her they have found the car, dumped in the hospital car park. Matt asks her not to tell
Mason when he notices the front indicator light is broken. Matt looks worried.
Erinsborough Police Station: Imogen and Terese arrive at the police station to retrieve the car; the detectives tell them they need to hold on to
the car for now because of the indicator light's glass was found at the scene of the hit and run. Imogen admits she doesn't know if the light was broken prior to the accident. Imogen is surprised when she is shown her car keys, and
she is informed they were left in the car. Terese tries to stop the questioning, but Imogen tells the detectives Robbo tried to hit on her and that, as he was a creep, she knocked him back. Imogen is asked where she went following
the exhibition and she replies she went straight home. When asked if she went out again, Terese snaps back that she didn't.
Erinsborough Police Station: Later, Mason is explaining at the police station the situation of the stolen car: how Toadie woke up in it,
Imogen went to collect it and that it had been stolen again! He goes on to explain he arrived home at one, after having hung out at Kate's house. Mason adds that Robbo would have mentioned his name because he hated him for turning
Robbo in over the robbery at Lassiter's. Just as he leaves, Mason is asked if he has a key to his car: he says yes, but the detectives do not want to see it when he offers to show them.
No 30: Toadie is working at the table when Callum arrives. Callum asks what will happen now Robbo is dead. Toadie tells him the
charges are more serious and they begin with culpable driving causing death. Toadie tells Callum not to worry as the police would have been at the house already if they thought Toadie was the driver. Sonya comes in and
tells them to think of the positives; Callum retorts that if that was the case, why would Toadie be working on his defence. As Callum heads off, Toadie explains he has to protect himself because Robbo might have mentioned
Mason in revenge.
Charlie's: Jack is explaining to Sheila how he knew Paul from a long time ago. He says that Paul seems lonely, but Sheila asks
him whose fault that is. Jack introduces himself to Sheila before leaving. Over on the other side of the bar, Matt and Mason are talking. Matt tells Mason to be clear on his movements and wonders why Mason didn't give a
statement. Mason admits it is because he is worried that, being on probation, they will take his words and use them against him. Matt urges mason to make the statement as soon as possible.
No 26: Kate lets Mason in: she demands to know why she has been called upon to give a statement. Mason reveals that he told the police that he spent the night with Kate: she asks him where he really was that night.
When he doesn't answer, Kate asks Mason outright if he was the driver of the car that ran down Robbo.
