|
Ramsay Street: Josh and Amber reunite outside her house, both upset that they won't be at school together anymore. Matt and Lauren then come out of the house,
with Matt reminding Amber that she's going to be late if she doesn't hurry. Josh and Amber go off in separate directions, and Lauren says that she misses the days when Amber's only interest was horses. Matt wishes that Amber would stop and think about
her past mistakes, instead of rushing into another relationship, but Lauren says that Josh can't really be compared to Robbo. Matt, however, wants to speak to the kids and tell them to take it slow, but Lauren thinks that they should discuss it with
Brad and Terese first, and come up with a joint plan.
Lassiter's Complex: Georgia is handing out flyers for her song, and she joins Kyle - they look over at Paul, and Georgia is pleased that his head hasn't
exploded yet. Kyle says that Paul can't really do anything without looking like the bad guy - Paul, however, is on the phone, plotting his revenge. Terese walks over to him, and he tells her that the smile will be wiped from Georgia's face soon.
Terese wonders what Paul's problem is, suspecting that it's because Georgia got one over on him, but Paul asks her to keep her nose out. She then gets text from Lauren, arranging a meeting at Harold's later that morning.
Erinsborough High - Classroom: Amber is busy texting Josh, as Susan arrives to cover the science class for Mr Pearson, who hasn't turned up. As the class is
starting, Amber keeps looking down and smiling, and Susan realises what she's up to, and takes her phone away, telling her not to start off the new school term on the wrong foot.
Grease Monkeys - Exterior: Kyle is doing some work outside Grease Monkeys, when he accidentally knocks some piping into a woman who's leaving with a coffee, which
she then spills all over herself. Kyle is slightly taken aback as she whips off her top and stands there in her bra, so he hands her his top to cover herself up. She tells him she's not hurt, and says that she's just arrived on the bus. Kyle notices
the name tag on bag - Ursula Abel - and the woman says that she was named after her Great Aunt Ursula, who'd been married, travelled the world and arrested by the time she was 25. Kyle then offers to buy her a replacement coffee, telling her that
there's somewhere nearby that does much better coffee than Grease Monkeys.
Erinsborough Aquatic Centre: Josh is spending his morning training at the pool.
Dingoes' Den Gym: Josh is then meant to be working out, but Brad isn't impressed to find his son texting Amber instead. He takes the phone away, and says that
Amber should be concentrating on her schoolwork anyway. Josh asks for the phone back, so he can text Amber and let her know he'll speak to her later. Brad hands it over, and says that once upon a time, Josh would never have stopped weight
training to text a girl - Josh tells him that Amber is different. Brad then says that he needs to go out, but he wants Josh to have done 10K on the treadmill by the time he gets back.
Harold's Store: Lauren thanks Brad and Terese for coming, and explains that she and Matt were talking and they think it's only a matter of time before Josh and Amber
are sleeping together. Terese doesn't want to think about it, but Lauren says that it's going to happen and they can't ignore it. Brad thinks it's an overreaction as Matt wants to find a way to stop it happening, but Lauren explains that Amber's been
through a lot, and they think that the kids need to wait a bit longer. Brad and Matt then start to bicker, as Brad doesn't think there's anything they can do to stop it from happening, but Lauren says that they just need to make a few gentle hints about
taking things slowly. Brad thinks that, even if they say no to Amber staying over, she and Josh will just find somewhere else to go, if they really want to. Brad does, however, think that it would be good for Josh to have less distractions from his
swimming. Terese is mortified by the entire conversation and wonders if her parents had conversations like this - Matt says that, if they wanted to stop her from making a stupid mistake, then they probably did. Brad and Terese take offence at Josh
being called a 'stupid mistake' - Lauren glares at Matt, and suggests that she go and get them some coffee and cake, and everyone take a few minutes to calm down.
Charlie's: Kyle sits down, as the girls returns from changing her top in the bathroom. She tells Kyle about her career as a dancer in musical theatre and how she used
to train with the New York City Ballet. She says that it was the most amazing time, but she's taking a break at the moment to do some travelling - Kyle says that it sounds like she's as awesome as her Great Aunt Ursula. She then puts her hand on his,
and he quickly stops her and says that he was just being polite, and that he already has a girlfriend. She accuses him of leading her on, refusing to listen to anything he says to explains, and then takes her bag and leaves the bar.
Harold's Store: Terese thinks that all they can do is keep an eye on the kids, but Matt deems that to be no better than doing nothing. Brad jokes that Matt will
need to hurry through council approval for the moat he's planning to build around his house, so Amber can never leave again. Matt thinks that Brad would feel differently if it was Imogen being pressured into having sex, but Terese says that Josh
would never pressure anyone - and suggests that it might be Amber who's pressuring Josh. Lauren has had enough, puts on her coat and tells them all that the parents' meeting is officially over, before walking out.
Lassiter's Complex: Terese follows Lauren out of the store, not wanting them all to fall out over this. Lauren asks Terese if she's happy that Josh and Amber are a couple - Terese says
that she is, but she just doesn't think it's a good idea to interfere in their relationship. Lauren says that she doesn't really want to be talking about any of this either, but after what happened with Robbo, it was big wake-up call for her and Matt. Terese understands,
and says that she just doesn't want this to develop into a feud. Lauren agrees, and she says that she'll have a quiet chat with Amber, and maybe Brad could do the same with Josh. Terese thinks it's a great idea, and Lauren walks off, as Paul comes over - Terese starts
hassling him about budgets, but he then breaks the news that Jack Lassiter has died - he was found in his room at Lassiter's Darwin. Terese offers to call Gaby and find out about the funeral arrangements - Paul is clearly very choked up, and says that Jack died with no
family, and nothing to his name but his suitcase. He says that it's not really much to show for a lifetime.
No 32 - Back Garden: Lauren takes a sandwich outside to Amber and sits down with her. Lauren says that things are clearly going well between Josh and Amber - Amber
immediately realises that she's about to be given 'the talk' and Lauren says that she was trying to be casual about it. Amber tells her to go ahead and say what she has to say - Lauren tells her that they just want her to be careful, as they don't want
her to have the same problems she had with Robbo.
Dingoes' Den Gym: Brad is reminding Josh that Amber was treated very badly by Robbo, so it's no wonder her parents are a bit concerned for her. Josh asks if Lauren
and Matt really think he's anything like Robbo.
No 32 - Back Garden: Amber says that Josh and Robbo are completely different people, and Lauren says that she realises that...
Dingoes' Den Gym: Brad tells Josh that he knows he wouldn't put any pressure on Amber, and Josh wonders why they're even having this conversation...
No 32 - Back Garden: Lauren says that she just doesn't want Amber to rush things this time.
Dingoes' Den Gym: Josh is worried about where this conversation is heading, but Brad says that he just needs to think about Amber, as she may not be ready to take things
further yet, even if Josh is.
No 32 - Back Garden: Amber tells Lauren that she won't be making the same mistakes twice.
Dingoes' Den Gym: Josh tells Brad that he won't push Amber into anything she's not ready for. He says that they're going to wait.
No 32 - Back Garden: Amber says that they're going to wait. Lauren is impressed with her maturity, as Amber says that it could be months before things get more serious.
Dingoes' Den Gym: Josh, meanwhile, tells Brad that they're not going to rush - it could be weeks before anything happens.
No 30: Brad has been with Georgia, arranging for some fun run publicity at the gym, and he leaves just as Kyle arrives. She asks about his day, and he says that it was uneventful,
unless you count giving someone third degree burns! He admits that he's exaggerating a bit, and Georgia is relieved as she's got enough on her plate right now. He starts to tell her about 'Ursula' and she says that she's been waiting for Paul to ring her all day with
bad news - they're interrupted by a knock at the door, and Georgia is served with papers saying that Paul is suing her for breach of contract.
Erinsborough High - Corridor: Amber and Josh are comparing the lectures they received from their parents. They both admit that it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be, and that
Brad and Lauren were both relieved to realise that they weren't going to rush things. As they kiss, Susan appears and reminds Josh that he's no longer a student at the school. She asks if he's there to re-enrol, and sends him on his way when he says that he isn't. Susan
then gives Amber her 'disappointed' look.
Charlie's: Paul is sitting in the bar, writing Jack's obituary and thinking back over some of their final conversations, in which Jack told Paul to live for today, and not to put money
and business ahead of family and friends. Georgia then comes in, looking for Paul - she starts to rant at him when he says that he's busy, but then he tells her that Jack Lassiter died. Georgia apologises, but Paul says that this has made him see things in a new light,
and he's going to allow Georgia to sing the song and give the proceeds to the hospital. She asks him about the letter she received from Paul's lawyers, and he rips it up, and tells her that all that matters is that she sings her heart out at the fun run and they raise
lots of money for the hospital.
Lassiter's Hotel - Reception: Later, Tim Collins catches up with Paul, explaining that he only just got his message. Tim wonders why Paul is backing down from suing Georgia, and
asks if it's some kind of tax dodge. Paul says that he's not going to sue Georgia and that's the end of it, but he does have another task for Tim - he wants to look into expunging his criminal record. Tim wonders why he would need to bother, as the fraud charges
were years ago - Paul says that all that matters is that he wants the conviction wiped out, and he asks if Tim can help or not.
No 30 - Lounge: Georgia is telling Kyle about Paul dropping the law suit, and is wondering if it's all just a practical joke. Kyle then says that he didn't finish telling her about
that girl earlier - he explains that when he took her to get another coffee, she got the wrong idea and thought it was a date. Georgia is very amused, but they're interrupted by a knock at the door, and Kyle is a little bemused as Georgia starts squealing when she
answers. He's then very surprised when Georgia walks back in with 'Ursula' and introduces her as her cousin, Gem.

Trivia Notes
• This was the first episode to feature the 2013 Opening Titles - Version Five and a rearrangement
of the opening theme tune, but still with vocals by Daniel Boys and Stephanie Angelini. This episode also features new 'Previously on Neighbours' and 'Tomorrow on Neighbours' graphics
• First appearance of Kathryn Beck as Gemma Reeves. Gemma was first mentioned on screen in 1996, and was mentioned again when her adoptive brother Tad was part of the
cast between 1998 and 2002. It was implied that Gemma was older than Tad, but as Tad would now be 30 years old, it seems that Gemma has been made younger to be closer to Georgia's age
• The address label on Gem's bag reads 'Ursula Abel, 53 Westgarth Street, Colac 3707'
• Alan Hopgood is credited as Jack Lassiter for this episode, but the character is only featured in flashbacks
• Past characters Gaby Willis and Robbo Slade are mentioned
