Recap
• Lauren, Matt, Terese and Brad discuss Amber and Josh’s blossoming relationship
• Amber tells Lauren it could be months before she and Josh get serious
• Josh tells Brad it could be weeks
• Kate tells Mason they are never getting back together
• Mason and Imogen go for a picnic
• Brad tells Chris that Hudson’s lawyer asked him for a character reference, which upsets Chris
• Kate finds Chris in the backyard spa with a random guy, and tells him one night stands aren’t his style and he angrily reminds her about her and Kyle

No 26 - Back Garden: Sheila catches Manuel, wearing only a small towel (which he drops at one point) picking spinach.
Chris then joins them, a little embarrassed, and can’t remember his name when trying to introduce him to Sheila.
No 26 - Kitchen: Manuel is making breakfast and Chris can’t get rid of him - he asks Kate to help him, but she refuses after what he
said to her the previous night. Chris tries in vain to get Manuel to leave, but he's too busy preparing cooking for everyone.
 
Harold's Store: Lauren and Amber discuss her work experience placement at Lassiter's with Terese. Lauren is put out that Amber is
much more excited about work experience than working at Harold's, and Amber says she is doing it so people might start taking her seriously. Josh comes to get Amber to get her swipecard for the hotel.
Lassiter's Complex: Amber is concerned that she is not dressed smart enough to work at the hotel, but Josh reassures her,
and they kiss - Terese catches them. Terese asks Amber which aspects of the hotel she is interested in, and Amber quickly makes the decision that reception is the area she wants to work in. Terese tells her that she won’t
be getting a uniform as she isn’t staff, and tells her she needs to wear something appropriate, Josh says he thinks Amber looks hot and Terese agrees to make some time to help Amber get an outfit sorted.
No 26 - Kitchen: Kyle and Kate discuss Chris and his random hook-up. Kate says Chris is a mess and that this isn’t his style, but
Kyle doesn't think it'll do too much harm for Chris to let off some steam. Kate says that some people are designed to have one-night-stands, and some people just end up getting hurt.
The discussion reminds them of their night together, and Kate asks Kyle to talk to Chris.
 
Harold's Store: Chris has been reading the story about Hudson, when he bumps into another random bloke and they chat, with
Chris trying to flirt, as Kate looks on from across the room. Imogen comes in and talks to Kate - Kate asks about Mason, checking how he's doing and she tells Imogen she still cares about him as a friend. Imogen agrees
and tells her what an amazing person he is.
No 32 - Kitchen: Lauren thanks Terese for supporting Amber in her work clothing choice; they bicker about how the hotel is very different
to Harold's in terms of size and customer service. Terese tells Amber she has a jacket Amber can borrow, though Lauren isn't sure, and Amber questions Lauren about her weird behaviour, pointing out that she is trying to make a
good impression on Terese. Terese is concerned that she is stepping on Lauren’s toes, but Lauren admits that she's just feeling a little self-conscious.
 
No 22 - Lounge: Amber is trying on Terese's jacket and Josh helps as she gets it twisted, Josh starts getting frisky with Amber again and
Terese catches them. Terese then questions Amber’s attitude and whether she is taking her work experience seriously. Josh tells Terese that Amber thinks she hates her - Terese tells Josh that she thinks it is going too fast
between them, and that Amber’s parents are worried about her, which is why she too is concerned.
Ramsay Street: Kate bumps into Mason and asks how he is, but he is off with her - she says she talked to Imogen about him,
and Mason accuses Kate of trying to set him up with another chick. He says he is not going to go out with Imogen just to make Kate feel better.
Harold's Store: Terese tells Lauren that Josh told her that he and Amber weren’t going to wait much longer before having sex, leaving Lauren worried.
Dial-a-Kyle Yard: Marley, who Chris bumped into earlier, is at the yard buying some wood from Kyle. Chris tries chatting him up again and
asks him to go for a drink at Charlie's, but Marley tells him he has a girlfriend and he storms off. Kyle is angry that Chris is making an idiot of himself and that he lost him a sale.
 
Lassiter's Lake: Chris sits alone in the rotunda, thinking and looking at pictures of him and Hudson on his phone. He then gets up to go
somewhere.
Dial-a-Kyle Yard: Kate and Kyle discuss Chris again, Kyle now agrees with Kate that Chris is out of control.
Kate says he needs a wake-up call.
Harold's Store: Mason tells Lauren that Amber has paid him $20 to leave the house, so she can have some alone time with Josh. Mason talks
to Imogen - they discuss Kate and that she would get the wrong idea if she saw them together. Imogen says it would be a stupid idea, they playfully bicker. Mason says Imogen is actually not too bad and thanks her for the
drive last week. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Lauren tries to call Amber, but can't get through so leaves her a message.
No 26 - Lounge: Kate walks in on another random, topless guy going into Chris’ room. She questions what Chris is doing, she says it
out of character and Chris agrees that it is, but says he is enjoying his life and forgetting about Hudson and that Kate shouldn’t judge him.
 
No 32 - Back Garden: Amber and Josh are in the spa together, when Lauren rushes in, asking what is going on. Josh tells Amber that
Lauren and Terese have being keeping tabs on them. Amber says, not that it is any of your business, but we are waiting months to have sex, whilst Josh at the same time says they are ready now. They look at each other,
surprised, and Lauren looks very awkward.
