Ramsay Street: Imogen is washing her car and Brennan mowing the lawn as Karl jogs past. Karl comments to Lou how nice it is that Brennan is back living on the street. The two compare themselves to Brennan, who is looking very toned, and Karl races off to do another lap of the street. Meanwhile, Mason is sneaking up the street, trying to attract Imogen's attention and keep out of sight of Number 22. Imogen promises Mason that they won't have to sneak around forever, as they can now prove that Mason was not responsible for the accident. Mason highlights the fact that he might still not be in the clear, but Imogen reassures him that here is a high probability things will fall their way. As Imogen admits she would like to stay as Mason's girlfriend, Brennan marches past telling Mason that Toadie is already waiting for him at Number 32. Imogen wishes Mason luck as he heads off.

No 32: Toadie is examining the broken part of the abseiling equipment, Brennan and Mason explaining how Imogen had told the hire company where they could find the equipment. Lauren suggests that the company switched the equipment to hide the evidence; Matt realises the company won't own up to doing so, as that would be the same as admitting liability. Lauren suggests that they tell Brad, however, as it proves there is anther explanation, although Toadie says he needs to do a little more research first.

Rebecchi Legal: Brad sarcastically points out to Toadie how convenient it is that someone else could be blamed for the accident. Toadie tries to explain about the broken equipment and explains that no other tour operators have had accidents at the site in the past, when Brad suggests it could have been there for a while. Brad goes on to point out that Mason could have planted it, but Toadie explains that Brennan was there too. Brad angrily says that someone has to be made accountable, even though he is told that a judge would be swayed by the new evidence as it would be considered reasonable doubt, and leaves determined to fight the case.

Erinsborough Community Centre: Just outside the centre, Brennan runs up to Kate asking if she has time for a coffee. She declines, explaining that she is running late for yoga. Before dashing inside, she thanks Brennan for all the help he is giving to Mason. Meanwhile, Sonya comes out having just been to a meeting. Bob, who runs the AA meetings, catches up with Sonya and thanks her for not only giving herself advice, but also giving the tools to other members to sort their own issues out. He reveals that she has helped him to make up his mind about a job offer interstate.

Harold's Store: Lauren is surprised that Bob offered his position to Sonya and points out to Sonya that it is a huge compliment to have been offered the role. Sonya is thrilled, but admits that she needs to think about it, particularly as things are not perfect with Toadie. Lauren says that Sonya needs to do what is right for her as otherwise her family would suffer. Sonya agrees and adds that the role is only for a few hours a week anyway. As she goes to leave, Callum arrives. Sonya tells him she has to go and pick up Nell: Callum replies that Nell is really growing up and will need picking up from all kind of places soon. Sonya realises that Callum is hinting at driving lessons, Callum telling her that it would only be a few hours a week.

No 22: Sitting outside, Imogen asks the rest of the Willis family why they won't even consider the prospect that Mason is innocent. Josh wonders why, if the equipment was faulty, he was the only one to get hurt. Imogen tries to get Terese to agree with her; Terese admits she doesn't think that litigation is the best option. josh wonders why Imogen is on Mason's side. Imogen lies that she isn't and says that Josh isn't considering Amber's feelings. Josh retorts that Imogen is not considering his. Before heading off with Brad, Josh angrily adds that there is no proof that the equipment was switched. Left alone, Terese tries to explain the family's actions to Imogen, but Imogen doesn't listen, storming off in disgust.

Ramsay Street: Once outside the front of the house, Imogen makes a startling discovery: photos of Josh in the abseiling equipment on her phone.

Rebecchi Legal: Imogen is shown into the law office by Toadie, asking where the police photos are. Toadie asks why Imogen needs to see them, and Imogen reveals she thinks she can prove that the equipment was switched. Toadie shows her the official police photo and is relieved to see that it does not match to the equipment Josh is wearing on Imogen's phone. Instead, the carabiner in Imogen's photo matches the one found by Brennan. Mason and Matt hurry in excitedly and Toadie explains what Imogen discovered.

Dingoes' Den Gym: Toadie and Matt explain all the evidence to Brad and what all the photos prove. Toadie suggests that Brad would have a strong compensation case against the abseiling company if he wanted to continue the litigation. Brad accepts what happened was an accident, but maintains that Mason was responsible as he was experienced and the others weren't. Brad leaves the other two and walks over to where Josh is training: Josh asks what the talk was all about.

Harold's Store: Brennan pins up a notice advertising for housemates at Number 24. Lou slides over and tells Brennan he won't have any trouble finding anyone once the prospective tenants know that Brennan is living there. Meanwhile, Lauren tells Mason that she can't believe the abseiling accident nightmare is all over and Mason replies how great it is. He goes on to tell Lauren he has something to tell her, but before he gets a chance Matt arrives. Mason asks if he should go to the gym, now that the accident has been proven as such, but Mason spots Matt's expression and worriedly asks if the case has been dropped. Matt says that the lawsuit has been dropped, although admits that Brad is still angry. Lauren explains that they need to give Brad and Josh time and asks Mason what his news was, Mason tells Lauren that it doesn't matter, before departing.

No 22: Imogen is reading in the back garden when she receives a text from Mason saying 'Your dad still blames me'. As Terese comes out of the house, Imogen rounds on her, asking why Brad and Josh can't let the accident go. Terese wonders why Imogen is getting so worked up about things and Imogen hastily explains that she doesn't like both the families fighting. Terese says that it will take time to get back to normal, but Imogen urges Terese to get Brad and Josh to see sense, as Terese knows it is not fair either. Terese agrees to talk to them.

Rebecchi Legal: Sonya arrives to see Toadie, explaining that Callum wants to get his learner's permit. Toadie disagrees, telling Sonya that with both of them working, Callum won't have access to the time he needs to practise. Sonya points out that it is important for Callum to have lots of practise as there are so many dangerous drivers about and Toadie tells Sonya to take care of the lessons herself. Sonya replies that she had hoped Toadie would do most of them as he is a better driver, although he matter-of-factly retorts that Sonya wants to get out of them as she is making family her last priority again. Toadie snaps that if Callum needs driving practise, then Sonya needs to do them leaving Sonya to furiously reply that Toadie is only being like this because he is still angry with Sonya.

No 30: Sonya asks Callum if he is sure he can't wait an extra few months, but Callum admits he doesn't want to be a loser and points out he only needs an hour three times a week. Sonya relents after Callum continues to persuade her how much of a good idea it is. As he leaves, Sonya calls Bob and tells her that she needs to spend more time with her family and that they have to come first.

Harold's Store: Toadie asks Lauren why the coffee she has just given him is on the house. Lauren thanks Toadie for his help with Mason and points out she wants to chuck in a few freebies. She invites Toadie over for dinner and reveals it can be a double celebration, explaining that Sonya would make a great leader of the AA meetings. Toadie is horrified to realise that Sonya wanted him to do the driving lessons so that she could take on the new role, leaving Lauren feeling very awkward. Just then, Kate comes in, noticing the 'housemates wanted' sign that Brennan had placed earlier.

No 24: Kate knocks on the door and when Brennan answers, she incredulously asks him what he is doing back on Ramsay Street. Brennan explains he needed somewhere to say and jokingly asks Kate if she wants to rent a room. Kate asks if Brennan is staying for good and says that she could do without seeing Brennan every time she walks down the street. Brennan retorts that Kate doesn't even live in the street anymore, and invites her in, rather than leaving her shouting on the doorstep. Kate points out how weird it is, as Number 24 used to be her place, but admits she does remember the happy times with Brennan when he asks her to. Kate explains that she has moved on and heads off without giving Brennan any further details.

Lassiter's Complex: Imogen and Mason are walking along holding hands. Imogen reveals that Brad and Josh are still not entirely forgiving at the moment. Mason says that he wants the situation to stop and Imogen offers a solution, telling him that they could end their relationship. Mason asks if that is what she wants: Imogen and Mason both agree that it isn't. Mason tells Imogen he wants her in his life and won't let anyone keep them apart.

No 30/Rebecchi Legal: Callum is on the phone to Josie talking about the car that he is planning on driving. Just then, Nell starts walking. Sonya runs over, telling Callum to catch it on the ipad, whilst she frantically tries to get through to Toadie on the phone. In his office, Toadie ignores his phone when he sees that Sonya is calling and continues to play solitaire on the computer.
