Recap
• Doug returns to Erinsborough, and Josh agrees to help him with some building work
• Lauren and Brad learn that Lisa isn't their daughter
• Lauren denies that she's struggling to move on from Lisa
• Imogen takes food over to Brennan's house
• Danni is shocked that Brennan wants to use her as bait to lure Montague out of hiding

No 24: The next morning, Brennan is asleep on the couch, suffering visions of when Kate died. He wakes with a start as Danni goes over to him - she says that it's 6am and asks if he was having a bad dream. He asks her if she's thought about his idea - she tells him that she'll try to find out where Montague might be, but she's too scared to act as the bait. Brennan becomes frustrated and begs her to help, and she tells him that she needs some time and space to think.

No 22: Doug joins the rest of the family at the breakfast table, and asks if the newspaper's been delivered yet. Josh says that the world's moved on, and Brad explains that they mostly read the news online now. Doug laments that things seem to be changing so quickly, and he thinks back to when he first came to Ramsay Street, to do the renovations at number 28. As they're having this conversation, Terese finds the TV remote control in the fridge, and looks a little concerned. Doug then mentions that, after breakfast, he's going over to 'the Martin place' to bottle up the home brew. Imogen seems confused, and Brad explains that the Martins used to live over at the Turner house in the 90s. Doug then heads off, and Brad tells Josh that he's lucky to have someone like that to show him the ropes of the building trade.

No 32 - Back Garden: Lou and Doug are bottling the beer, and chatting about Harold and his time as a scout leader. Doug says that he'd better hurry up and finish the bottling, as he promised Sheila that he'd help her out, and he doesn't want to get on her bad side.

No 32: Lauren is gazing out of the window as Bailey tries to get her attention. He suggests that they could spend the day together, as everyone else is busy - Lauren thinks it's a nice idea, but she says that she has to work, and she's sure that Bailey doesn't want to be spending his school holidays with his mum. She sends him off to see what Callum's up to, and once alone, she makes another phone call to Lisa...

Dial-a-Kyle: As Doug is out in the yard looking for a missing drill bit, Lou calls out to him that Sheila's on the phone and the primary school needs some sand for a new sandpit. Doug is distracted, but claims to have heard what Lou said. Lou then leaves, just as Josh and Imogen return with the coffees. Doug asks Josh if he heard the order that Lou called out - something to do with the school. Josh says that he didn't, but he saw an old quote on Kyle's desk for a new retaining wall at the high school. Doug says that must have been what Lou was on about, and sends Josh inside to find the quote. Imogen, meanwhile, is looking over at the garage, and points out to Doug that it's weird that it's still all locked up at this time in the morning.

No 24: Danni reports that she's spoken to Stephen's mum, and to a couple of his mates, and none of them have seen him. She then says that she didn't tell them where she's currently staying though, as she still doesn't want to act as bait. Brennan thanks her for what she's done so far, but says that catching Kate's killer is all that's keeping him going right now, and points out that Montague was seen in the area that day by both Chris and Kyle, and he's the only person who could possibly have done this. Tired of talking about it, Danni tries to walk out, saying that if Stephen really is that dangerous, then she shouldn't stick around. Brennan angrily blames her for bringing Stephen into their lives, and says that she owes him. She walks out.

No 30: Danni has told Sonya everything, and admits that she does feel responsible for bringing Stephen to Erinsborough, but Sonya assures her that none of this is her fault, and she's right not to go along with Brennan's plan. She says that she had a violent ex too, and she understands the guilt, but that's no reason to act as bait, as it sounds very dangerous. Danni is sure that the police wouldn't be doing this if she was going to get hurt, but Sonya isn't so sure that the police are in on Brennan's plan and suggests going to speak to them to find out.

Erinsborough Police Station: Having heard the full story, Matt insists that there's no way the police would make Danni put herself in danger like that. Danni's shocked that Brennan let her believe that the police were involved, but says that the idea could work, as Montague is still a suspect. Matt says that he is, but they have to assume at the moment that he's armed and dangerous, so Danni shouldn't do anything that would put her in contact with him. Sonya says that everyone feels bad for Brennan, but he has to stop hassling Danni like this.

Fitzgerald Motors: Matt is lecturing Brennan about interfering in a police investigation, but Brennan says that he'd never put Danni in danger, and he's surprised that she wasted time by going running to the police. Matt says that he understands, and he'd probably feel the same if it were Lauren who'd been killed, but if Brennan continues with this quest for revenge, he'll end up getting arrested. Imogen then walks up to them, and Matt leaves - Imogen explains that she called by earlier, but the garage was all locked up. She hands him some of the leftover lasagne from last night, and he thanks her, but he insists that she doesn't have to keep doing this. She says that it's just what friends and neighbours do for each other.

Dial-a-Kyle: Meanwhile, at the builders' yard, Doug and Josh are preparing the timber for the retaining wall at the high school. Doug is telling Josh that good time management is an important part of the job. Lou then calls by, looking for his phone, and asks if Doug managed to order the sand for the school. Doug bluffs his way through the conversation, and says that he should have heard back about the order by now. He goes into the office, claiming he's going to hurry them up, and Lou is impressed, but Josh looks worried.

Harold's Store: Terese is also sharing her concerns about Doug with Brad, who asks if she thinks he's 'losing his marbles'. Terese says that maybe he's just 'going a bit dotty' and explains that she found the remote control in the fridge earlier. Brad thinks it's funny, and suggests that Terese should cut Doug some slack, but Terese replies that Doug never seems to do that for her - and she wishes he would remember that her name isn't Beth. Across the room, Susan orders a coffee from Lauren, as Lou appears and says that he's just been speaking to Mai and she wants him to go back to Cambodia. He says that he wouldn't be leaving for another month or so, and that he was thinking about cutting back on his shifts at the store anyway. Lauren then says that she might hire a trainee to replace him, and as Lou goes to clear some tables, and Susan goes to sit down, Lauren starts writing a text message to Lisa.

Fitzgerald Motors: Sonya arrives to see Brennan - he says that Matt's already been to see him, and he'd like to avoid another lecture. Sonya asks if he's going to drop this whole thing with Danni, but he insists that the plan will work and that Danni will be safe. Sonya tells him that he's becoming obsessed, and asks if this is what Kate would want him to be doing. Brennan says that she probably wouldn't, but she isn't around to ask anymore.

Harold's Store: Lou returns from clearing the outside tables, with a 10c tip, and Lauren says that she's found someone to take over his shifts - Lisa Tucker. Lou asks if she's serious, and Lauren says that she thinks it's a good idea. Lou wonders why Lauren can't just put that whole bad experience behind her, but Lauren says that Lisa's a nice girl and she doesn't see the big deal. Lou disagrees, and advises Lauren to phone Lisa and tell her there's been a change of plan. Lauren tells him that she won't, as she thinks that Lisa deserves a break in life - Lou again says that it's a bad idea, and he's surprised that Lauren can't see it.

Fitzgerald Motors: Brennan returns to work, to find Danni sitting inside. He confronts her about going to the police, and she says that he left her with no choice. He tells her that he's sorry, but she doesn't believe him and thinks he's just trying to soften her up so she'll agree to his plan when he asks again. He tells her to forget it, but she says that she can't, as she knows that he's going to keep obsessing about this. She suggests that he should just leave it to the police, and says that she thought he genuinely cared about her when he asked her to come back to Erinsborough. He tries to say something, but she won't let him - she tells him to stay away from her and quickly leaves.

No 22: Doug and Josh return home for lunch, and Josh asks his grandfather is they made a mistake by ordering that wood. Doug says that they did, and then says that he didn't want to make Lou feel bad about it, so he didn't say anything. Josh is surprised by this, but goes along with it, and asks if they can just send the wood back. Doug explains that they can't, now that they've painted it, but hopefully they'll be able to use it somewhere else.

Harold's Store: Lou goes and sits with Susan, telling her about Lauren's plans to hire Lisa. He says that he's tried to talk her out of it, and he's hoping that Matt might have more luck. Susan doesn't see the harm, as maybe Lauren is just trying to do this girl a favour, but then Lou explains that Lauren has also given up on the search for her daughter, and he's worried that she's beginning to see Lisa as a substitute. Over at the counter, Lauren is smiling to herself as she looks at a photo of her and Lisa.

No 24: Brennan arrives home, looking for Danni, but then Sonya arrives at the door and explains that she's just taken Danni to the airport. She won't tell Brennan where Danni has gone, and tells him that he was being selfish, asking her to help him like that. She says that he needs to try to move on, but he explains that he can't - he can't concentrate at work and he's having nightmares when he tries to sleep. He says that he feels like he failed Kate because he couldn't protect her, and Sonya hugs him as he starts to cry.
