Erinsborough dog catcher Dean Finch appeared to have met his match when dog-lover Dylan Timmins arrived in town. When Dylan spotted Bob, from number 30, in the back of Dean’s van, he decided to let him, and all of the other dogs, out. Dean contacted the police, but there was nothing to link Dylan to the scene. A few days later, Dylan spotted Dean out and about once again and decided to teach him a lesson. Fortunately, his younger brother, Stingray, prevented him from doing something stupid and ending up in prison. It wasn’t until Audrey, Susan Smith’s dog who lived with the Timmins brothers, was captured that Stingray agreed to help Dylan. Together, they broke into the pound and took Audrey, but realising how obvious it looked, they also let out most of the other dogs. When Susan found out what had happened, she almost told the police who the dog-releasers were, but, at the last minute, she decided to give the boys another chance.
