When Paul Robinson decided to sue Chris Pappas, who had been driving in an accident that had badly injured Paul's niece Sophie, the Pappas family hired old family friend Don Hennessy to defend Chris. Chris' boss Lucas was concerned about this decision, particularly when he met disorganised Don, who hadn't requested Sophie's medical records - essential for the case - and was quick to back down when Paul walked in on their meeting and threatened Don. In the end, Lucas convinced Toadie Rebecchi to risk his legal career and take on the case pro bono.
