Annabelle Mann 2001, 2003
Occupation: Mediator, Solicitor

When John Allen and Lou Carpenter were fighting for interim custody of Lolly Carpenter – John’s biological daughter, raised until the age of seven by Lou – it was decided by Annabelle Mann, despite John’s evidence that Lou was recovering from a painkiller addiction, that Lou should retain custody. A couple of years later, Annabelle was working as a lawyer, representing Cameron Hodder, a doctor who had been fired by Karl Kennedy. Cameron attempted to prove that Karl’s actions had ruined his professional reputation in the local area, but Karl’s lawyer, Toadie Rebecchi, suggested that, as a newcomer, Cameron had no reputation to lose A frustrated Cameron then blurted out that this was all happening because he’d been in a relationship with Libby, Karl’s daughter, which had ended badly. Annabelle realised that Cameron’s outburst had cost them the case, and judge Julian Day ruled that Karl should only have to pay Cameron for the remainder of his contract.
