First seen in 2008, this house was home to Hilda Jones for many years, living there with her late husband, Robert and also granddaughters, Sonya and Jade. In 1997, Sonya gave birth to a son, Callum at the age of 16. Developing a drug problem, Sonya eventually went into hospital for treatment, however struggled to stay clean. Shortly after Callum's 6th birthday, Sonya snuck into Callum's bedroom during the night, stealing the savings from his piggybank before leaving. Hilda continued to raise Callum on her own, working as a cleaner to support them, until she was admitted to hospital in 2008 after Callum and Toadfish Rebecchi discovered her collapsed in the back garden, having suffered a stroke.

In 2011, in a bid to trigger memories about his mother, Callum revisited the abandoned house with his friend, Sophie Ramsay, finding little to go on, Callum remembered a nearby market he used to go to with his Great-Gran and his mother, and decided to try there next in his quest for information. As Sonya arrived at the house, she found no sign of Callum or Sophie having been there.

Only the exterior of the house has been shown on screen.
